Do you offer any gluten-free or vegan options?
Currently, we have only have cookies. We are planning on having options for all dietary restrictions in the future, so please stay tuned! However, for catering please inquire for special requests.
​​How do you determine the price of a custom cake?
Cakes are typically priced by the number of SERVINGS they feed + the LABOR for the design. The more detail or time required in labor cost, the more it’ll cost. Sometimes, requests might be a lot easier than they seem, but similarly, sometimes “simple” requests might not be so simple.
Do you offer delivery?
All our business is strictly pick-up only. We are planning on offering delivery in the future, but for the time being please be prepared to pick-up your orders at our location! Thank you for your cooperation.
What if I have allergies?
We are proudly very sanitary in our production; however, K&J is not a 100% allergen-free kitchen. We operate in a facility that works with all of these allergens. Please inquire.
Can you copy a cake design from another bakery? Or another recipe?
We are happy to use an inspiration photo from another cake, however, we cannot simply “copy” the design. We may not have the exact tools or experience to replicate another artist’s design. Extra time and equipment could be necessary to replicate someone else’s technique, in which case this may add cost to your order.
Regarding the use of another recipe, we use our own recipes for all products and cannot commit to copying anyone else’s flavor. However, please inquire because every case is different.
What is the procedure to order a cake? What information do I need to provide to order a cake?
If you wish to order a cake, you may do so in the order a cake tab on our website. Alternatively, you can also order a cake in-person at our location.
You will have to provide your email and name in order for us to be able to contact you. If you are having trouble or have any additional questions please contact us at kandjsweetsbakery@gmail.com.
Is a down payment required for custom cakes?
Yes, upon confirmation of your order, you will be required to pay 30% of the total order amount. The remaining balance is to be paid upon pick-up.
What are your prices?
Please refer to our website’s menu for the best estimates for our prices. Please keep in mind these prices are estimates only and may not reflect the prices in our location. For custom cakes your order price will be disclosed to you via de email you provide us during the ordering process. Lastly, for catering please inquire at kandjsweetsbakery@gmail.com.
